A late review of what's happened in Paris the first days of April, DO DISTURB festival at Palais the Tokyo, where the Italian artist Luca Resta was involved.
The program of the festival is set to feature more than 50 experimental projects, where circus arts, performance arts, dance, design, fashion and sound intermingle. Alongside both renowned artists and young emerging talents, fledgling artists and performers have been invited to participate, as part of unique partnerships established with both French and international art colleges, circus schools and schools of fashion and design.
The chief curator Vittoria Matarrese (Head of Cultural Programming and Special Projects at Palais de Tokyo) sad: "For this new edition, DO DISTURB makes "transgender" the leitmotif of its increasingly experimental creativity, nurtured by the research processes of visual arts but also circus arts, magic, dance and fashion. In this way, DO DISTURB is once again poised to rewrite the rule book and turn all existing codes on their head."
We are pleased to publish the photographic documentation about Luca Resta's work.
